Tin signs are a lot of fun. Someone could make a small fortune with customizable tin signs. I definitely would like one for my Telstar Lounge.

Oh yes and don’t forget about the Martinis!

I love those tin signs. So much so, that I have the top two on my wall.

Lately, I’ve been making dirty martinis with a little different twist. Instead of olive juice, I’ve been adding about one teaspoonful of the juice from a jar of yellow pepper rings and then topping with your usual gin and vermouth (no vodka martinis for me. I want to taste it.)This recipe gives you a little tang and a little different flavor and is now my favorite. Try it.

Someone is being ballsy with the dirty martini recipe and there is nothing dirtier than being ballsy. Cheers

I am a purist when it comes to Martinis. I like to enjoy them as they were intended, with a olive and a lady friend :)
